2.每条线均配有断线检测及退火炉管自动加酒精保护功能，对应收线盘断线自动停机并刹车，不影响其他收线头。
3.退火炉进线端自动酒精装置或蒸汽保护可对铜线进行氧化保护，避免了中途停机线材氧化。
4.排线采用伺服电机+精密丝杆排线，排线速度与收线同步加减速，排线整齐平整。
