2.每条线均配有断线检测及退火炉管自动加酒精保护功能，对应收线盘断线自动停机并刹车，不影响其他收线头。
3.退火炉进线端自动酒精装置或蒸汽保护可对铜线进行氧化保护，避免了中途停机线材氧化。
4.排线采用伺服电机+精密丝杆排线，排线速度与收线同步加减速，排线整齐平整。
5.(可选配)物联网功能，多台设备信息可集成在多台手机或电脑上，随时查看机器运作情况，如温度设定、用电量、电压、电流、线速、功率因数等，实现精细化管理，达到行业领先水平。
